As a highly qualified Dietitian and with careful analysis of your current intake, Amy creates completely tailored, bespoke meal plans based on your specific nutritional requirements that help you achieve your health, fitness and wellness goals. 

A PERSONALISED NUTRITION PLAN IS PERFECT IF YOU ARE: 

  looking for a completely tailored approach to your nutrition and dietary intake and have specific goals you’d like to achieve (i.e. weight loss, muscle gain)

  looking to optimise your performance results with the oversight of a qualified Dietitian and Personal Trainer

  someone with food intolerances or allergies; are pregnant, undergoing chronic disease treatment / management, have an eating disorder or any other specific medical conditions and need to fuel your body alternatively 


FOR NEW CLIENTS > Amy begins with an ‘Initial Consultation’ 

Following a 1.5 hour one-on-one consultation where your goals are explored in detail and your current nutritional effectiveness is analysed, Amy then prepares a personalised nutrition and meal plan for you based on your precise requirements.

FOR EXISTING CLIENTS > Enhance your results with a ‘Review Consultation’ 

In a 45 minute consultation, Amy catches up with you to assess the progress you have made during your initial plan, and sets new goals for you to achieve. A Review Consultation is perfect if you want to take your results to the next level. 

HOW TO BOOK A NUTRITION ANALYSIS & MEAL PLAN CONSULTATION WITH AMY:

1. Purchase either an Initial Consultation or a Review Consultation from the list below. 

  Important! If you are located outside of Melbourne, or you‘d prefer for your consultation with Amy to be via phone or Skype, please select either an ‘Initial or Review Consultation Online’ option from the list below. Otherwise, consultations with Amy take place at her office in South Yarra.

2. Complete the online questionnaire Amy sends you via email.

3. Complete your Food Diary for 4-7 days (this is only required if you would like your current nutritional intake analysed).

4. Book an appointment time via Amy’s online diary (a link will be sent to you directly after you purchase) to meet with Amy to discuss your nutritional analysis and meal plan, and talk to Amy about your dietary questions.


*You can purchase a Review Plan as many times as you like, but we recommend only purchasing an Initial Plan once.
