Achieving that ‘Premium Petrol’ is when you are acquiring 100% of your nutrient requirements in the right amounts.
There are over 35 different nutrients, that all have essential roles in our body. These are like ‘key tools’. When we have all these tools in the right amounts we can function our best. If we are missing some of these key tools (or nutrients) we can’t expect to function our best.

Amy will detail how we can achieve this ‘premium petrol’ with a simple check list and visual plate models.

We further develop on this base discussing modifications or additional requirements and guidelines for those with goals in weight loss, hypertrophy (muscle gain) and maximizing training and performance in strength based and endurance performance.
