This practice will help you to recognise and diffuse from or ‘let go’ of harmful thoughts (cognitive diffusion) that are moving you away from the life you want to live and the person you want to be. ‘Connection’ will help you to connect with your observing self which is a great position to take action, aligned with your core values and help you to live the full and rich life you deserve.
This can be listened to unlimited times and may become your daily mindfulness practice.
I suggest finding a quiet, uninterrupted place, seated comfortable cross legged or on the edge of chair.
