FACE TO FACE OR ONLINE CONSULTATIONS AVAILABLEAmy's consultations can take place face-to-face in her office in South Yarra, Melbourne, or via phone or video conference if you live further away. Simply indicate which option you prefer when booking your consultation time.
HEALTH CARE REBATE If you have Private Health or a referral from your doctor you may be eligible for a rebate. Please pay in full and use the invoice sent upon purchase to receive your rebate via your health fund or Medicare.
HOW AMY'S CONSULTATIONS WORK
Amy begins by understanding the important details of each family member, including:
- day-to-day lifestyle and eating habits
- external influences, such as work pressures
- past and current medical history
- dietary restrictions such as vegetarianism / veganism, intolerances or allergies, and
- cooking skills and accessibility.
This leads to further discussion around the needs and goals for each person, which may include things such as:
- having an action plan in place to restore or improve fertility
- reducing the stress of cooking when managing individual influences such as intolerances
- restoring a sense of balance and peace around food and mitigating negative beliefs
Once a vision has been established for what you want to achieve as a couple, Amy then works with you to create a plan that is not only easy to implement as part of your multifaceted life, but also encourages shared experiences around eating that help you to better understand and respect the relationship you each have with food.
Expect to walk out the door with more confidence about how you look after yourself and your partner, and a range of tools to continually support a positive, stress free and goal oriented relationship with eating in your household.
Amy’s consultations are not a one-size-fits-all approach and will look different for each couple. On occasion, individual sessions may also be appropriate for specific family members where additional support is required.
