FACE TO FACE OR ONLINE CONSULTATIONS AVAILABLEAmy’s consultations can take place face-to-face in her office in South Yarra, Melbourne, or via phone or video conference if you live further away. Simply indicate which option you prefer when booking your consultation time.
HEALTH CARE REBATE If you have Private Health or a referral from your doctor you may be eligible for a rebate. Please pay in full and use the invoice sent upon purchase to receive your rebate via your health fund or Medicare.
HOW AMY'S CONSULTATIONS WORK
Amy begins by understanding the important details of your performance goal, together with your:
- day-to-day lifestyle and eating habits
- training routine, training history and environment
- past and current medical history, and
- cooking skills and accessibility.
Whether your goal be to:
- contribute more powerfully to your team sport
- hit particular strength training numbers in the gym
- grow personally through an endurance event such as a triathlon, or
- raise money for a charitable organisation through a challenge,
Amy also draws on her own experience as a professional athlete to address other influences that may impact your success, such as bike set up, transitions, accommodation type and clothing where relevant.
Once a complete picture of where you are at is established, Amy then works with you to create a plan that moves towards fueling your body with the right combination of macro and micronutrients, that will maximise your performance, while managing injury risk and improving recovery.
Expect to approach your training with a deeper level of knowledge of the role food plays in achieving your goal, and a solid plan for what else you can do day-to-day to reach your full potential.
Amy’s consultations are not a one-size-fits-all approach and will look different for each person. At the conclusion of your sessions, Amy will send a summary of your goals and the action plan created for you to put into practice.
