#2 – The Messenger
Sometimes to find kindness towards ourselves we need to get out of our own mind and see from the view of the ‘observer’. ‘The Messenger’ will help you to go back in time, to understand, heal, forgive and accept the past and provide an opportunity to ‘correct’ your ‘life path’ if you have drifted off track.
‘The Messenger’ can be listened to unlimited times and may provide the opportunity to dig up the roots of limiting self-beliefs, past trauma or unhelpful behaviours and start the journey to healing.
I suggest finding a quiet and uninterrupted place where you can lay down to rest.
