REFUND POLICY

We do not refund for “Change of Mind” returns, so please choose carefully.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All products purchased from our website are checked for defects and quality. Defective items must be corresponded to www.eatingfit.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available), another item of the customer’s choice to the same value, or a refund will be given.

EXPIRY

Any services purchased will have a 6 month expiry from date purchased to making appointment. If you have had to cancel an appointment as part of your service, it is your responsibility to follow up about future available appointments and rebook at a more convenient time.

CANCELATION POLICY

Please respect that prior to your scheduled appointment, Amy schedules in time to prepare for your meeting. Amy has limited availabilities to consult with clients and cancellations within less than 24 hours does not allow Amy to replace this booking time with another client.

For all consultation services, 24 hours notice is required for cancelations or a requirement to reschedule. Cancelling inside this window will result in forfeiting your service fee. Please repurchase your service via the website to rebook. If outside of the 24 hour window, please contact Amy to reschedule.
